KUKA LBR iisy Cobot

Flexible in application, intuitive in operation and safe in contact with people - the LBR iisy collaborative robot is suitable for all manufacturing areas. Combines the know-how of industrial automation with the flexibility and simplicity of smart tools.

  • Can be put into production immediately, the collaborative robot can be ready to start performing production tasks within minutes. Its intuitive operability combined with manual guidance allows you to easily complete debugging and simple programming.
  • Tool replacement is simple and the tool can be replaced for LBR iisy in the shortest time. All common tools can be connected to the ISO flange and the mains cable guide is integrated.
  • Slender, lightweight and easy to operate - LBR iisy's clear design makes you want to feel it yourself. There are no sharp edges, thus making the manual programming particularly safe and comfortable. The robot has an extremely small footprint and is suitable for use in extremely narrow spaces.
  • High speed: Each joint of LBR iisy exhibits extremely fast operation speed, which can be as fast as an industrial robot arm. Stable and precise high-speed operation is a major feature that distinguishes KUKA from other brands of collaborative robots, and it can run at workstations with higher torque and faster speeds.
  • Proven industrial applicability, the collaborative robot LBR iisy not only has a proven industrial drive train, but also supports all important industry standard functions, such as field bus protocols, digital I/O, safety functions, etc., so it can Easily integrate into any existing system.
  • Reasonable cost automation technology, the robot's cost-effective equipment and its ability to quickly integrate into the production line also make the industrial robot LBR iisy the best choice for small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Light in weight, collaborative robots are easy to operate and agile, showing extraordinary utilization value. LBR iisy is lightweight and can be quickly moved to different positions at any time.

KUKA KR SCARA

KUKA’s new Scara models are certified to the DIN EN ISO 14644-1 standard and meet the strict safety requirements in almost all applications, and the robots will start serving in factories around the world. KUKA SCARA models are available as cleanroom models with high load levels up to 12 kg, all available in three different reach ranges: 650, 750 and 850 mm. The standard model achieves a convincing optimal cycle time of only 0.40 to 0.42 seconds; the clean room model is also known for its high speed, with cycle times of only 0.42 to 0.44 seconds. In order to be able to complete special packaging or carton picking operations, the SCARA robot arm with a reach of 750 mm is also available in the Z600 variant with an extra-long Z-axis. This likely record-breaking shaft is 600 mm long, which is 200 mm longer than other models in the series.

  • Excellent choice for clean room applications Position repeatability is +/- 0.025 mm – even during fast movements. The new KR SCARA weighs only 50 kg and operates perfectly in temperatures from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, so it can be used in a variety of production environments. The cable ducts of the new models are laid inside the fuselage, so the overall structure of the series is very streamlined and easy to clean. The standard design meets protection class IP20, while the cleanroom design meets protection class IP54 and cleanroom class ISO 5. 3. Custom-made products
  • KR SCARA industrial robots for assembly and joining operations as well as pick-and-place applications The KR SCARA robot has a built-in media supply for air, electricity and data. It is a complete package that can be flexibly integrated with peripheral devices to adapt the KR SCARA robot to any required application. Whether used for assembly of small parts, processing or inspection operations, KR SCARA four-axis robots can be flexibly mounted and move precisely with very low maintenance requirements. Robots are therefore suitable for, for example, tightening screws in assembly processes, especially in areas such as electromobility, the electronics industry and renewable energy – where speed and consistent accuracy are particularly important.

KUKA KR DELTA

KR DELTA High-speed robots designed specifically for picking tasks comply with the strictest hygiene and safety requirements. DELTA robots perform tasks such as packaging, handling and assembly with low operating costs and are suitable for many demanding industries such as the food, pharmaceutical and electronics industries. Complying with hygienic conditions, the Hygenic Machine model is made entirely of stainless steel, has continuous H1 level lubrication, and has passed IP67 and IP65 high protection levels. Highly dust- and water-resistant, it can be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner at pressures up to 100 kPa. DELTA's structural design complies with German LFGB food grade requirements and US FDA food standards. Certified safety, including CE & UL certification, DIN ISO 14159/use of food grade lubricants, 4th axis to ISO 14644 Class 4 for cleanroom applications. Fast, precise and flexible, KR DELTA robots have been developed specifically for high speeds, with top speeds equivalent to just 0.32 seconds per cycle, while also excelling in point and angle repeatability accuracy. This robot is one of the highest performing DELTA robots on the market and can move and pack items up to 6 kg. The body made of stainless steel or carbon fiber is certified for use in the most stringent hygiene requirements: whether handling raw food, pharmaceuticals or electronic components, regulations are complied with. In addition, the working range of the KUKA DELTA robot is larger than that of the general Delta models on the market, making it suitable for the automated production needs of more industries.
