Cold Drawing Solutions

HOREN Industrial manufactures turnkey equipment for metal tubes and bars: including Metal Swaging Machine, Cold Drawing Machine, and Straightening Machine.

The swaging machine is used to shape the dimensions of the tube and rod through the rotary mechanism. The cold drawing machines are designed and used for drawing metallic tubes and bars with consideration in precision after the re-sizing process. The straightening machines are capable to resolve slight bending issue resulting from cold drawing processes.

Metal Swaging Machine

The Swaging machine is used to shape the dimensions of the tube and rod through the rotary mechanism. It is commonly used to reduce round workpieces into smaller diameters or to produce a taper for various applications.

Cold Drawing Machine

The Cold drawing machine is also known as Draw bench. It is a chain-type machine of which is used to draw metallic tubes and bars with consideration in precision. It features versatile design for a wide range of metal tubes and bars that specifically require re-sizing, precision and strict tolerance for industrial applications.

Straightening Machine

The Straightening machine uses a multi-roller mechanism to correct and ensure the straightness of metal tubes and rods. It is capable to resolve slight bending issue resulting from cold drawing processes.
