2025 Refrigeration &HVAC Taiwan Moves to Taichung, Aligning with Industry Clusters to Expand Business Opportunities.
The second Refrigeration & HVAC Taiwan (RHVAC) and Taiwan Industry Week (TIW) will be held from October 14 to 16, 2025, at Taichung International Exhibition Center. This event will be held alongside the 24th Taiwan Hardware Show(THS), the 10th international Metal Technology Taiwan(iMT), and the Occupational Safety Taiwan(T-Safe).
About the Exhibition
In 2024, Kaigo Co., Ltd. hosted the first Taiwan Industry Week (TIW), in which Refrigeration& HVAC Taiwan (RHVAC), the 23rd Taiwan Hardware Show, the 9th international Metal Technology Taiwan, and the Occupational safety Taiwan were held concurrently. The event gathered more than 300 exhibitors showcasing 4,000 products and attracted 27,500 professional buyers from 75 countries.
The Refrigeration& HVAC Taiwan focuses on Net Zero Carbon Emission and Deep Energy Saving, showcasing energy-saving technologies and innovative solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. The themes include air conditioning, ventilation equipment, heat pumps, cold chain solutions, and building automation. The 2024 event successfully attracted domestic and international distributors, engineering firms, HVAC technicians, as well as industry professionals from semiconductor, construction, real estate, petrochemical manufacturing, foundry, metal processing, food processing, healthcare, department stores, chain restaurants, and hospitality sectors.
Additionally, nearly 30 seminars were held to promote technical exchanges, with domestic and international experts discussing topics such as Data Center and healthcare facility HVAC energy-saving planning, net-zero building policies, and innovative cold chain storage solutions.
Why Taichung?
The 2nd Refrigeration &HVAC Taiwan has especially chosen Taichung as its venue due to the rapidly growing demand for refrigeration and air conditioning services in the region. Central Taiwan is a key industrial cluster for metal products, mechanical components, machine tools, and precision machinery. Taichung boasts a well-established industrial chain, with two science parks and multiple technology and industrial parks. In addition to its advantages in precision machinery, Taichung is also a hub for six major industries, including bicycles, hand tools, and aerospace. Recently, the development of green energy and high-tech industries in Taichung has also received much attention, including the Asia-Pacific's first offshore wind power industrial zone at Taichung Port and the trend of technology companies relocating southward. This trend has attracted construction companies and semiconductor supply chain giants to central Taiwan, making it a great opportunity to promote net zero buildings and commercial energy-saving air conditioning.
2025 Refrigeration &HVAC Taiwan will be held at Taichung International Exhibition Center, which is located near the High-Speed Rail station. This convenient location will provide domestic and international buyers with easy access to the exhibition while also facilitating factory visits to gain deeper insights into industry needs.
The strategic relocation is based on geographical, transportation, and industrial advantages, making factory visits more convenient for buyers from northern, southern, and international markets. The exhibition is expected to expand to 400 exhibitors and attract international buyers from 80 countries. Under Taiwan's 2050 Net Zero Transition policy and government subsidies, the relocation of the 2025 Refrigeration &HVAC Taiwan to Taichung is expected to generate more business opportunities in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
