KR DELTA High-speed robots designed specifically for picking tasks comply with the strictest hygiene and safety requirements. DELTA robots perform tasks such as packaging, handling and assembly with low operating costs and are suitable for many demanding industries such as the food, pharmaceutical and electronics industries. Complying with hygienic conditions, the Hygenic Machine model is made entirely of stainless steel, has continuous H1 level lubrication, and has passed IP67 and IP65 high protection levels. Highly dust- and water-resistant, it can be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner at pressures up to 100 kPa. DELTA's structural design complies with German LFGB food grade requirements and US FDA food standards. Certified safety, including CE & UL certification, DIN ISO 14159/use of food grade lubricants, 4th axis to ISO 14644 Class 4 for cleanroom applications. Fast, precise and flexible, KR DELTA robots have been developed specifically for high speeds, with top speeds equivalent to just 0.32 seconds per cycle, while also excelling in point and angle repeatability accuracy. This robot is one of the highest performing DELTA robots on the market and can move and pack items up to 6 kg. The body made of stainless steel or carbon fiber is certified for use in the most stringent hygiene requirements: whether handling raw food, pharmaceuticals or electronic components, regulations are complied with.
